Molly Merryman is the founding director of Kent State University’s Center for the Study of Gender and Sexuality and an associate professor of Sociology. She is also a documentary maker and writer. 

Her quiet voice revealed some powerful and interesting facts and insights into how she sees the world. Her book, ClippedWings: The Rise and Fall of the Women Airforce Service Pilots (WASPs) of World War II, is being made into a documentary. It is history that most of us don’t know and historical decisions that have affected everyone down the line.
