The Next 6 Months in the Creative Writing Community

Are you struggling with your writing? With finding enough time to write? Battling with where your story is going? Wondering if the story in your head is even worth writing?

Are you feeling overwhelmed?

If so, then you need to do yourself a favor and click the link below. The Creative Writing Community is opening again in May and you need to check it out!

When I started out, I was knee deep in toddlers and felt so alone, as I struggled to find time to write, to organize my book, to feel like my story mattered. I felt so tired and frustrated. I wish I had a community to tell me what to focus on and what not to waste my time on. I wish I had a community who could tell me my book was too long before an editor did. I wish I had a community to encourage me when I felt like my writing wasn’t good enough.

There were so many things I didn’t know. And once I published my books, there was even more I didn’t know! Marketing, sales, software, meta data, book blurbs, book covers, etc. I spent money I shouldn’t have spent, time spent time on things that didn’t matter, I wasted money on stuff that never lived up to the hype and there was more than one day I felt complete inadequate and in over my head.

Most of all, I learned that I needed some community.

I knew I couldn’t be the only one, too. We authors need a place to come and talk about writing, find real help (not the snarky kind), where they can ask questions, and find not only ideas that work (and not waste money on the ones that DON’t) but also encouragement.

What is the CWC? First and foremost, it’s a place for writers of all genres and all levels to show up and write. We have writing sprints where you bring your own work and get that daily writing habit down. Its a place to ask questions without feeling silly. In our private Slack community you can ask for feedback, learn about software people like and don’t like, find editors other authors find reputable and more!

What else does the community have that will help you?

—Weekly writing sprints. (20 hours of co-writing sprints!)

—Monthly expert masterminds.

—Beta readers.

—Feedback from inside your genre and out.

—Weekly marketing workshops.

The CWC has it all. The entire group is here to support you and your writing side as writers.

I know what it’s like to feel alone on this publishing journey. But it doesn’t have to be a lonely journey. You can do this with other writers.
