Returns and Exchanges

On Paperback and hardcover books I offer a new book sent out if the book comes to you damaged. Please email me at writeyourlife@katcaldwell.com with a photograph of the damaged book and I will send out another at no charge to you. If you are unhappy with the book or journal you can return it for an exchange. No cash returns on products.

 

On personal 1:1 coaching I offer a 14-day guaranteed, no questions asked refund. If you decide you don’t want to move forward with coaching or life happens, I will gladly refund your payment. After the 14 days you can cancel the coming month of coaching at anytime for no fee. I coach month to month for the reason that life happens and people change their minds. When you don’t want to continue, we can stop the payments.

On group coaching I offer a 14-day money back refund. That mean you can attend a class, sometimes two, and still request a refund. It will be given with no questions asked. Deciding to leave after the 14 days will results in only 50% of the money being refunded. 

 

Shipping

What company is used to ship?

We ship using the USPS media mail as the basic shipping company.

If 2-day shipping is chosen, we use FedEx

How long does it take to ship a book?

The USPS media mail asks for 5-8 days for shipping, although it sometimes gets to its destination sooner.

The 2-day shipping takes two days with FedEx unless there is a holiday during one of those days.

What shipping package do you use?

I place all books into bubble cushioned manila envelopes, in the snuggest size to mitigate any damage that might be caused in shipping.
